Guided by the Rule of Leaven, we work to remove the poisons from our lives, renew ourselves in functional habits rooted in ancient wisdom, and through Christ’s grace, restore what has been ruptured due to sin. Like a phoenix which burns its old self away and rises from the ashes to soar again to the heavens, we too must cast off our old selves and become new creations, rising to the heights of holiness and authentic human thriving.

A note from the founder…
I’m convinced that the health crisis we face today, where people are drowning in the toxic soup of chronic illnesses and metabolic diseases without any sure answer as to why is tied more deeply to the spiritual crisis than we could ever know. As the culture has embraced modernity and lost touch with its ancient roots, it has only gotten sicker and sicker.
Our journey to heaven is not a disembodied event. We are body + soul. Yet, the pendulum often swings to either extreme, leading men to believe they must forfeit one for the other. The body is the horse and the soul is the rider. In order to run this race well, we must tend to both. However, longevity or health is not our end but rather a means to more effectively serve the eternal destiny of the soul and embrace the mission of the Church to transform the world.
The thief comes to kill and steal and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). To live leavened is to live in the abundance of Christ, which is leverage against the enemy. Leaven is a culture of men who go against the grain of the world to reclaim abundance of authentic, thriving, Catholic masculinity in Christ Jesus.
Simplicity is the remedy to the spiritual and physical toxicity that we face in this world. The cure to this great plague is not a product of tomorrow, as so frequently advertised, but a forgotten secret of yesterday. It’s time to tap into the ancient ways.
